I accept funded or credit card payments through Paypal.  You are able to pay through Paypal without having an account.

I will not begin Custom or Semi-Custom items until payment is received in full.

In-stock orders will not be shipped until payment is received in full.

Please note that my Hyena Cart Shop works on a "Buy it Now" system. If you do not intend on buying the item, please don't click the "Buy it Now" button. Items that have not been paid for will be restocked after 2 hours.

I am able to offer a layaway plan.  You will need to pay 25% down and the remaining balance will be due in 90 days.  I will begin your custom or ship your in-stock item when balance is paid in full.

In-stock items ship within 1-3 days after payment is received.  Custom orders ship within 3-4 days of completion. Items will be shipped to the address provided by Paypal, unless you provide me with another address.  Delivery confirmation is included in the shipping cost.  Insurance is optional and may be purchased by the buyer if insurance is desired.  I am not responsible for uninsured items.  US customers may choose either First Class or Priority mail as a shipping option.   Canadian customers should choose the First Class option and will have their item mailed using First Class International.  International customers should also choose the First Class option and will be billed for any additional shipping charges.  International customers should contact me if Priority International shipping is needed.

Workmanship is guaranteed for 30 days and is subject to my discretion.  Please email me if there is a problem or a defect.  I do want to make all of my customers happy to the best of my ability.

Although it usually takes me a 7-10 days to finish knitting an item, please allow up to two weeks for custom orders to be completed once the yarn has arrived and knitting has begun.  Semi-custom orders will also be completed in up to two weeks once your turn has come up on my custom list.  Customers will be updated by email or by viewing the custom status chart on my home page.

I am not responsible for any items knit to custom measurements given or in-stock purchases that do not fit correctly.  Please measure your child carefully over their diaper to get the most accurate fit.

Differences in yarn patterns are not considered defects.

Although I use high quality yarns, I am not responsible for any bleeding, fading, or shrinking that may occur.  I am not responsible for color transfer on any item. Colors in the wool should not bleed together or transfer to other parts of the item when properly washed.  Please check my Covers  page for information on washing wool, as well as the instructions of the wool wash you are using.  Some wool washes, but not all,  that are scented with FO (fragrance oils) may cause bleeding.  Unscented and wool wash scented with EO (essential oils) can sometimes be a lot gentler on the dye.  Never leave wet wool laying on other things or folded over on itself.  Lay it flat to dry.  Some fading may occur during the life of your wool.  Hand-dyed yarns may lose some color when washed the first few times, however this should be minimal. To reduce fading, please use proper care of your wool. Do not store or dry it in direct sunlight, wash in lukewarm water only, and do not put bleach on it.  A slight amount of shrinking or stretching is normal. You will have minimal shrinking with your knit wool items if you properly wash and care for them. Please do not shock the wool with extreme temperatures, either cold or hot water.

Please make sure to read all descriptions and sizing information before making your purchase.  In-stock items that are unwashed and unused may be returned for a full refund minus shipping charges within 7 days of receipt. Please contact me by email before returning any products. Custom orders are non-returnable.
